| Anna Paquin, a New Zealand-Canadian actor and film theater actor, is most well-known for her roles in films such as The PianoFly Away from Home as well as X-Men. She entered the field at the age of 11 with The Pianoforwhich she received the Academy AwardforBest Actress in a supporting role. The actress had no intention of be an actor, but destiny determined otherwise. After her breakthrough with her first film, she received many offers which she did not accept in order to concentrate on her studies.
