Srushti Dehmukh was preparing to sit for UPSC when she was in her 3rd year of her engineering degree. After her graduation she was unsure if she could be happy working in an engineering position. When she realized that her desire was fulfilled that she had, she set out to work for civil service. Her parents to pursue an employment in the civil service and get ready for the examinations. The student also studied for UPSC exams while doing her engineering studies. Everyday she carved out the time to study for exams. The time she spent was just one month preparing for the exam and was completely off of Facebook and other social media in her life. She believes that focusing on the task at hand is essential to pass this test. She put in great effort to pass the test on the first try. To keep up to date with recent events her routine was to go through newspapers. Rajya Sabha TV, online sources and various study tools helped her. IAS Srushti Deskmukh Book IAS Srushti Deskmukh created and released A book entitled The Answer Writing Guide. The book is available at any library in the country. The book is excellent especially for IAS students who have been preparing rigorously to take the IAS exam.
